A Food Pyramid for Vegetarians & Vegans

My Uncle Gene, who is a vegan, sent this to me. I always find his advice helpful and this is another example. Not only does this pyramid make sense, it's easy to remember.

Hi VeganTummy! Thanks for this information. I'm not vegetarian, but I think it is healthy and good for the environment to eat meat sparingly. Fortunately I love black beans, kidney beans, and many other kinds of beans.
